Tim SlickerTim Slicker, MBA, LEED AP, CSI
President

Tim Slicker serves as President and Owner of Cast Designs & Supply.

Slicker brings over ten years of executive leadership, manufacturing, and operations experience to Cast Designs & Supply. After serving in management and executive positions for General Mills, Gibson Guitar, and IFCO Systems North America, he purchased Cast Designs & Supply in 2007.

A U.S. Army veteran, Slicker left the service as a Captain after serving in numerous locations including Iraq. He is a graduate of United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and Systems Engineering. He holds an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Business at Vanderbilt. His military honors include the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal, and The Presidential Unit Citation.

His professional affiliations include the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), for which Slicker has earned the distinction of LEED Accredited Professional (LEED® AP).




Alex Jennings
Operations Manager

Alex Jennings serves as Operations Manager for Cast Designs & Supply, overseeing daily operations for both manufacturing and installations.

Jennings brings over 15 years of hands-on carpentry and homebuilding experience to our team. Having specialized in custom trim and woodworking for several years, he most recently served as a superintendent for Landmark Homes of Tennessee.

Jennings attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and Western Kentucky University, majoring in Photojournalism and Anthropology.


Donna Gunter
Office Manager

Donna Gunter serves as Office Manager for Cast Designs & Supply, overseeing office administration, customer service, sales and marketing support, human relations, and our Showroom.

Gunter brings over 20 years of administrative experience to our team, having worked for Middle Tennessee State University and Ingram Book and at National Healthcare Corporation.

Gunter earned a Bachelor’s of Science in English from Middle Tennessee State University in English.
