Return & Refund Policy – All Products:
Please list products to be returned and state reason for return request. Include an Invoice Copy or Purchase Copy and original payment method. Fax to us at 615-216-5955 or e-mail to info@castdesignsupply.com, and we will contact you to arrange for the return. Customers will be responsible for all shipping cost involved in returning products in addition to a 15% restocking fee. If you receive damaged products, please make sure the delivery company is aware that there are damaged products and note the date and time of the delivery. Damaged products will be shipped again after we receive a damage report from the delivery company. Cast Designs & Supply does not warranty or guaranty any products unless the products are picked up at our manufacturing plant.

Delivery Methods / Costs:
Products are primarily shipped via DHL Express and are shipped within the rules and regulations of DHL Express, all of which are subject to change. DHL Express's weight limitations are that a package weight cannot exceed 150 pounds. Dimensionally, the longest side of the package cannot exceed 108 inches or 165 inches in length plus girth. Girth is defined as two times the height plus two times the width: (2xH + 2xW).

Should a product exceed the shipping criteria above, we will then ship it via DHL Global Forwarding (Freight). For larger freight orders and many of our oversized products, it will be most cost effective to schedule dedicated trucking through our freight network. In most cases, orders are completed and ready for delivery within 2 to 4 weeks.
